  contacted Physio Form after a back/spine injury. I was slightly apprehensive as I am not a runner nor do sports anymore and thought that perhaps I was the wrong type of client. My apprehension was removed completely at the first consultation were my prolem was discussed in a professional and friendly manner and an MRI scan recommended before proceeding. Although dissapointed that treatment could not start immediately I realised after the scan that this was the correct recommendation and in fact the results confirmed that the diagnosis was correct. Post the scan I have had regular appointments with Laura and Kerry and they have been so helpful and patient with me. Their knowledge has been so useful and they insist on passing it on during the appontments for my benefit. I now know so much about my spine and how to take care of it. I have always felt the benefits of each session and although recovery has been slow I put that down to my old bones and my misuse. I am now feeling almost back to normal (no pun intended) and believe I will starting the new year recovered. To summarise: a superb and professional service from a great team and I would recommend them to anyone.
